We have been working diligently on bringing you this product as quickly as possible. As I'm sure we all can relate, the Holidays put a stress on us all. In ClutchIt's case this stress is caused via the US Postal service, and congestion on International Shipping routes. We expect units to start dropping in the US around mid January. We apologize we couldn't keep our end of the deal to have the ClutchIt be apart of your Christmas experience. The feedback from you all has been so monumental, especially about our quick turnaround into production. Our team wants to thank you for helping us become one of the quickest fulfilling Kickstarters, and look forward to breaking down the process in our Kickstarter spotlight video later on this month. We are very excited to meet some of our West Coast customers, and hoping to make a few more!
In order to make up for the delay being out of our hands, we are offering an 18% discount on re-orders for our Kickstarter backers for the month of January. We are including colored pads, and ClutchIt's in all colors on our new website launch taking place this week. Our team has so much to be thankful for this holiday season, but most of all, we are thankful for you!

We will lock down shipping addresses in 48 hours. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.
If you need to recover your survey, go to https://clutchit.backerkit.com/ and enter your email address to have your survey sent to you again.
For backers that have not answered surveys yet, you will still be able to get your rewards if you answer your surveys after the lockdown date but they may ship out later than the backers that have responded on time.
We’re currently aiming to ship rewards on December . Since its holiday season, there might be delays cause by high volume on the logistic side but we are aiming to fulfill your orders by Christmas. If you need to change your shipping address please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next two days.

The “last” day to make final updates to your order is December 5th. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders.
