Hey Backers!
As you know from last update, the thick plates with better 5952 Adhesive and alcohol pads are already mailed out to almost each and everyone of our backers, free of charge of course like we promised. We only have a few hundred backers left to fulfill and will be completed in the next few days.

Hey Backers,
Some really exciting things happening this May for us here at ClutchIt! Currently we have some of our staff out in Shenzhen, at the manufacturing facilities getting the new thick-plate adhesives finalized and shipped. The rest of us back in Brooklyn & Chicago are expecting them here ready for shipping early to middle of June.
The best news of all however, is that these new plates will be shipped to each and every backer who supported us. absolutely free-of-charge.
It's really been overwhelming what a supportive community Kickstarter can be. As we are committed to a quality product, we are also committed to ensuring that your ClutchIt works the way you want it to. This is why it was so important that we get the details exactly right in order to send you back a solution. We hope those of you that love us do even more, and those less than thrilled take another shot at our product.
Also thanks to our combined success, ClutchIt is currently looking at it's first retail launch upcoming Summer 2017. Evidently that has been enough to turn some heads, so starting today we are announcing our Summer of Funding. With successful production underway of the ClutchIt, we are striking while the iron is hot launching 2 back-to-back campaigns. With the R&D (already underway thanks to Danny Cotton & Steve Zhu!) process this time around we hope to have you guys more involved, with more frequent updates. We are happy to be partnered again with Funded.Today for our upcoming Kickstarters. Our planned launch is July 2017, so keep an eye out!

Hi Backers,
There have been a lot of changes over here at Clutch Accessory, we are happy to report that plate RMAs will be going out in April with the improved 3M 5952 adhesive. We’re so appreciative to have such a vocal community, including some of the engineers that helped guide us into finding an adhesive that increased strength without damaging surfaces. We are happy to report that these plates are currently in production run, and will be available via our website.
We are expecting a Spring filled with surprises, including something special we will be revealing to you guys over the next month or so. While our support staff continues outreach with our community to ensure every customer is happy, we appreciate the love and support from you all. We hope you’re all ready for something really special!

Hi everyone,
As you may know Kickstarter is a platform for ideas like ours to acquire funding to develop a product. Kickstarter is not a business platform. We are thankful for the support, and are happy to have fulfilled a product in such a short timespan. This has created an overwhelming response, and ClutchIt has created their own support ticket system. We are no longer providing support through Kickstarter comments or messages. Please email [email protected] for any issues.
Adhesive plates are being addressed, and appropriate modifications made prior to next shipment coming to Brooklyn. Please be sure to prepare the surface with alcohol before first use, and to err on the side of caution allow 24 hours to cure. Other solutions have been posted in the comment section, or are easily passed along by our support staff.
We are thankful for your patronage, and are working diligently to ensure every single backer is pleased with their product.

Please when using plates, prep the dashboard or surface with an alcohol rub-down and please view our new video for proper application to ensure adhesive integrity.
